Clean Cut Kid 'Vitamin C' by David Mould
Liverpudlian fourpiece Clean Cut Kid's first single Vitamin C comes with a video by David Mould that mirrors the pleasingly edgy sound of the track by introducing a protagonist who's quite a force to be reckoned with.
Part-graceful dancer, part-volatile menace, he's a character who performs a lovely classic dance choreography yet wordlessly threatens all the other customers in a pub with his free and easy handling of his little friend, a large baseball bat.
Mould collaborated with Holly Blakey on creating the movements of this walking contradiction - who after causing mischief among the patrons, and thoroughly entertaining himself, manages to find a partner willing to join him for the finale.
