Charlotte Rutherford has recently directed this peculiar video for Finnish musician Jaakko Eino Kalevi's track Deeper Shadows. The video is made up of a hypnotising series of scenes following one after the other, which show a group of teenage girls channeling some heavily Lolita-esque vibes.

Characterised by interesting transitions between the shots, the characters are seen holding a portal into the next dream-like scene.  With matching outfits, long hair, and idle gazes the girls are reminiscent of the 90's film The Virgin Suicides had it been art directed by David Lynch, with the mildly surreal scenes oozing with too-cool-for-school youthfulness and marked by a steady, sedated pace.
