Jess Glynne 'Take Me Home' by Declan Whitebloom
Jess Glynne has made a name for herself through consistently uplifting, soulful pop bangers. But her latest Take Me Home, this year's Children In Need single, is a change in direction, and the raw heartache of the subject matter has prompted a very different Jess Glynne video, directed by Declan Whitebloom (who also directed her video for Don't Be So Hard On Yourself).
Jess gives a starkly honest, emotional performance - her vulnerability emphasised by her (tastefully rendered) nakedness throughout. The clip manages to create a touching intimacy, and in doing so brings us closer to this talented artist.
