Hip hop meets classical art. This sort of thing has been done before - by Kanye obviously. But not to such entertaining effect as this transformation of the wild and crazy times of the Toronto crew Naturally Born Strangers into paintings in the style of Baroque frescoes.

Its the work of experienced Canadian hip-hop director RT!, who told FADER: "The video is a tribute to wild nightlife, where memories are like messy dreams. The imagery is based on the Baroque era of classical painting that mythologized larger-than-life figures and events, and didn’t shy away from showing debauchery, violence, and sex.

"It took inspiration from a bunch of classical painters and paintings but in some cases reality was stranger than fiction." Annibale Carracci would approve.
