The Kooks 'No Pressure' by Favourite Colour: Black
Favourite Colour: Black's new video for The Kooks' track No Pressure combines performance and narrative, intertwining the two in a stylised, nostalgic piece - simple, yet effective in its execution.
The video has an unmistakeable British summertime feel, accompanying the carefree message of the track and playing into the vibe of the distinctly British band.
FAVOURITE COLOUR BLACK:
"The outline concept came directly from Luke (Pritchard, singer) as he’d always imagined a video about a shotgun wedding. I bought along the idea to shoot in the Isle of Sheppey. After that, the narrative just developed quite naturally over several emails. We had a great cast, a beautiful location, and a ’74 Capri. It didn’t need anything else."
