UKMVA winner Ola Martin Fjeld has made a firework of a video for the half-Thai, half-Norwegian artist Linda Vidala, where Linda takes on various guises, fitting different archetypes of Thai feminity.

The director and artist went to Bangkok for a week to shoot Half Thai, with Vidala becoming a streetwise go-go dancer, a wealthy socialite, Thai boxing hopeful, and wiley purveyor of Shamanic rituals.

"The lyric is in Norwegian but the theme is universal," says Ola Martin. "This is rich versus poor. This is about identity for an artist who is equally Thai and Norwegian at the same time."
