Molly Burdett's fourth collaboration with Arlo Parks, for the yearningly beautiful Black Dog, tackles the subject of mental health in a way that is as gently supportive as the song's lyrics.

The song comes a matter of weeks after Arlo was named an ambassador for CALM, and documents what she describes as "the feeling of helplessness that comes along with watching a loved one suffer". Burdett's video similarly focusses upon the quiet fortitude and support of the carers.

In simple yet effective vignettes, we see parents supporting their troubled loved ones, intercut with Arlo's performance. Not over-dramatised yet seamlessly composed, and all the more powerful for it, the video builds on the promise of Brudett's previous videos she directed for Parks last year, including George.
