Brodsky ft Siafa 'Eyelash' by Plum Stupple-Harris
Brodsky and Siafa throw shapes in the middle of Notting Hill, in Plum Stupple-Harris' video for Eyelash.
Colourful and nostalgic, the visual exudes dreamy and relaxed vibes, with carefree performance and a tongue-in-cheek energy.
The track is a tribute to the cities of Athens and London, with the lyrics talking about the relationship Siafa has with her home country (Greece) and her “home” country (UK) for the last four years. She sings for friends and family she has left behind, but that they always remain a heart’s distance away. And the video encapsulates the sunny energy and optimism of Brodsky's production.
Brodsky and Siafa were the first to admit they couldn't really dance.
"Brodsky and Siafa approached me with dreams of a home video-styled music video with punchy colours, big energy, and loads of dancing to accompany their joyous song. They wanted loads of dancing - but were the first to admit they couldn't really dance.
"(The video was) all filmed in Notting Hill, where the couple live together. We absolutely went for it, adopting the dance like nobody is watching attitude. Although lots of people were watching - and some even joined in!"
