Beabadoobee 'Sorry' by Bedroom
Bedroom continue their series of Beabadoobee videos, here extending their colourful world into something more dark and atmospheric for frontwoman Bea Kristie.
Beginning with the empty lockdown streets of London, sliding into a gloomy empty tunnel and then entering an outside world of greenery, Bedroom takes us through Bea’s emotions of frustration and regret at the collapse of a close relationship, and showing there can be more than light at the end of the tunnel.
Bedroom delves even deeper into Nineties nostalgia aesthetic with overlapping edits and tracking shots that take us through the personal journey and create an atmosphere of loss yet hope.
This is the second in a series of videos shot in lockdown, following Care - and there is a few more to come. This is a collaboration that will not be easing up anytime soon.
