Tom Clover makes the most of some deserted roads in his video for Kate Lomas's Radioactive.
It's a bold performance piece, punctuated by breezy choreography, where movement is the focus. Shot in long Steadicam takes, gliding from intimate solos to spontaneous group numbers, the video switches from scene to scene with clever transitions, almost mirroring a one-shot promo.
And the increasing use of neon green as a keylight adds a suggestion of radioactivity to the concept, elevating the sense of escapism.
