Nuâge 'Sixteen Hundred Miles' by Alexandros Papathanasopoulos
A couple seek to sort out their relationship problems in an otherwise empty amusement park in Alexandros Papathanasopoulos' eye-poppingly violent promo for Nuâge.
The video for Sixteen Hundred Miles opens with a heart to heart in the front of a car, where the girl explains - through subtitles - that she doesn't want things to end badly.
So they play some games, get on some rides, and have an unusually competitive game of air hockey... and then things spiral into absolute mayhem, when their bubbling emotions erupt - and the boyfriend's homicidal tendencies are exposed.
A bloody, brilliant and manic visual feast, DoP Petros Nousias creates a vintage slasher aesthetic with the saturated colours and frantic camerawork, which is elevated by Elena Mengreli and Yorgos Zygouris's high-energy performances as the warring couple.
