Daniel Broadley directs a mesmerising promo for Nick Jonas' This Is Heaven, the latest entry from his Spaceman album campaign.

We open on Jonas writing lines on a typewriter, detailing a spaceman whose jetpack ignites and launches him skyward - a nod to the final scene of his previous video

From there, the artist is shown in a variety of performance vignettes, each with a distinctly dystopian sci-fi vibe, tying into the abstract aesthetic of the campaign so far.

Shot across a handful of stunning locations, Stefan Yap's cinematography elevates the concept to cinematic heights, delivering on the larger than life promise of Jonas' latest project.

DANIEL BROADLEY:

[This was] the most fun and creatively rewarding job I’ve done to date.

"I loved collaborating with Nick and his team on this video. They’ve built an incredibly visual world for his Spaceman album campaign, and having the opportunity to place some of my own ideas within that was truly a creative dream come true.

"I want to give a particular shout-out to Stefan Yap, who was instrumental in helping me realize the earthy sci-fi dystopia I had in my head. Also to my EP Nathan Killham and my producer James Cross both said 'yes' without hesitation, and turned this project around from inception to release in seven days.

"And to all the crew who made this the most fun and creatively rewarding job I’ve done to date."
